Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been delivered to the cargo, you can create a request by clicking the cancel button of the relevant order on the "Membership / My Orders" page on our website www.medihacambaz.com for order cancellation or product change, or you can send your request to our info @medihacambaz.com e-mail account.
After your order cancellation request is approved, if the payment for your order has been taken from your credit card, it will be refunded to your same credit card. Repayments vary depending on the bank's internal processes and delays may occur. We ask you to follow these situations through your bank. In addition, the refund of installment payments is made in installments as per bank processes.
I want to return/exchange my product, what are the Return/Exchange Terms?
You can send your return/exchange request for the product you have purchased, within 15 days from the day you receive it from the cargo, by sending an e-mail to our email@example.com e-mail account from our website www.medihacambaz.com . In your product returns , you can send it back without paying any "shipping fee" by forwarding the MNG Cargo company code 808175195 .
Promotional and campaign products belonging to the product you will return, given as a gift, must also be returned at the same time.

- If the product protection tape attached to the wedding dress and evening dresses is removed or damaged, your return will not be accepted.

How can I reach the cargo company, how can I return the product?You can pack your product and deliver it to the nearest MNG Cargo branch, or you can request a courier from the call center at 0850 202 02 02.
You can get the tracking numbers of the cargo you delivered from the branch from the branch.

How will I follow the process after sending the product?After your product is received by medihacambaz.com, its packaging, accessories and invoice(*) will be checked.
In case the return process is approved; In line with your preference in the return application , the "product price" will be refunded to you within 14 working days.
If your return does not comply with the return conditions; The relevant product will be sent to your address with free shipping. You can track the status of your product on the "My Orders" page under "My Account" .
(*) If the invoice of the product you will return is corporate, you must send it together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning it. The return invoice should be issued without including the cargo share (in the form of product unit price + VAT).
The product I just bought is defective, what should I do?For any defect problems you experience with your product, you can contact us within 7 business days of receipt of the product. After your application , you can send your product back without paying any "shipping fee" with the "cargo post code" given to you.
After your product is received by medihacambaz.com, its packaging and accessories are checked and sent for inspection. Within 20 working days from receipt by the Authorized Department, the product can be replaced with a new product of the same product, refunded, or repaired and sent back to you, in line with the inspection report to be submitted by the Authorized Department.
However, if the defect in your product is detected as "user error" (bump, drop, liquid contact, etc.); no action will be taken. Products that fall under the category of items that can be damaged (crown, jewelry, accessories with stones, shoes) should be opened and checked next to the cargo officer. If the product is delivered damaged, it can apply for a return/change with the report that must be requested from the cargo company. Otherwise, the return/exchange request will not be accepted.
